The CeraMYca prototype was developed at the intersection of two projects: Tecton 3D and the Mass Personalization of Ceramic Tableware, which included the implementation in Unity of functions to generate Bézier surfaces in runtime, in order to represent customizable collections of ceramic tableware. CeraMYca includes three different applications: Modeller enables designers to create customizable collections; Survey inquiries users about the qualities that differentiate pairs of tableware collection; and Tecton is an implementation of Modeller into an Immersive Virtual Reality Environment. A fourth application, Navigator, which is still under development, is to enable end-users to customize collections created by designers using Modeller.
