<p><a href="https://thecommune.wordpress.com/ideas/socialism-and-workers-councils/">socialism and workers&#8217; councils</a> (1957) and <a href="https://thecommune.wordpress.com/ideas/nationalisation-a-socialist-analysis/">nationalisation: a socialist analysis</a> (1958) both counterpose industrial democracy to nationalisation by the bourgeois state, and pose the question of how the working class can rule both economically and politically.</p>
