<p>This passed week at the MHS, <a href="http://www.masshist.org/blog/565">some colleagues and I posed</a> for mock Victorian daguerreotype photographs to promote our new photography exhibit on the blog. Here I am with my awesome boss, Elaine:</p>

<p>When I sent the blog post to my mother she responded by digging out these photographs, circa. 1988, when we created our own mock portrait studio and spent an afternoon posing for Edwardian-era black and white photographs. </p>
<p>Yes, before you ask, we were indeed that sort of homeschooling family.</p>
