Paper/Dies: Creative Cuts and More

I made a birthday card to go with it using the square scallop filligre frame:

I stamped swirls on the inside on the card and heat embossed them in with white EP, the cake is a digital stamp that I colored with Bic Mark-its then glazed with Elmer’s 3-d and glitter paint, the fun part is that the paint is scented so it really smells like a cupcake! Here is what the inside of the card looks like, I rubbed some metallic rub ons over the embossed areas so there is a bit of shimmer there too {it doesn’t show in the photo too well but trust me it simmers and smells like a cupcake!}
