I used the Folio template from Lindsay Stamp Stuff, a printable version is in the Recipe Digital stamp set (print the template at 50%) and an svg version is in the Recipe Card & Folio SVG set (SVG files can be cut with your Cricut and SCAL software). the adorable ATC calendars are a freebie from About.com.
