So, after another round of matches, three of the four top seeds remain. Ohara and Olaskas convincingly took care of Gayle and NESU, respectively. Granada against Eregonia wasn’t that close, after the Bulldogs raced into a 17-0 lead. Only BSU got the away win, beating defending Champions O’Connell 31-24, that was not really a major shock, though. BSU’s defence is legit badass!

No.1 Ohara 64-6 No.8 Gayle
No.2 Olaskas 38-13 No.7 NESU
No.3 O’Connell 24-31 No.6 Bristow State University (BSU)
No.4 Granada 31-10 No.5 Eregonia

This means that this Saturday’s semi-finals are as follows:

1 Ohara vs 4 Granada
2 Olaskas vs 6 BSU

The winners will face off in the NUSA Champions Bowl in January 2018.

Ties to be played on 16 December 2017.

Fun Fact: This is the fourth time in Champions Bowl History that the final four teams all have red as their main colour. Erm, Come on you Reds!
