When going to job interviews, what you wear on your feet matters. Having confidence regardless of footwear will win out in the end but try your best not to show up in super slim stiletto’s or flats with holes in them.  Heels add height and will give you a more slender appearance. If you can walk in them and have a choice between a heel and a flat. Choose the heel.
