Back in  the 1980’s James Watt was the Secretary of Interior and he ,like some modern day politicians, struggled with staff diversity. He said “We have every mixture you can think of. I have a black, I have a woman, two Jews, and a cripple.”

Some politicians today still struggle with diversity. It’s time for the fight to end on this matter and the problem to be solved. Diversity is more than race and we truly need to diversify.
