<![CDATA[Sexism in Politics and a Little Humor]]>One thing I noticed in my volunteering and discussions with people everyday about politics is people seem preoccupied with prying into my personal life. Now, if something is wrong you better believe that I told them about it. Allow no one to ever say that I am a prideful woman because I’m not. There are times where it’s not appropriate to mention things but I do speak out.

What is the big deal about who I am with? What does it matter? I think the fear is not who I am with but which men are single?

I mean what guys are single that has people so interested in who I am with? Why is everyone afraid?!!!!

On a serious note, I don’t think he did it.

Admittedly, I am a power house.  I confess my personality is so great that it’s worth bragging about. No, seriously I’m great. Now I’m sure there are a few people reading this who think I have Histrionic Personality Disorder. How could you not?… Being that my statements are shockingly arrogant. I just have a sense of humor. You should try it sometimes. Relax. Plus… I really am great.

Is this a woman thing? This seems to be a sexism thing. I mean Senator Booker is gallivanting around with a different woman every couple of years. What does me not being married have to do with my right to talk about politics or advocate for causes?

Now that I think about it, people pry into the men’s lives too. Nope it’s not sexism …it’s just a politics thing.
