Dos milhões de euros para as companhias aéreas às várias centenas de euros para as pequenas empresas, os governos têm apoiado a sua economia de diferentes maneiras.</p>
<p>O coronavírus fará com que o PIB em todos os Estados-membros da UE diminua em média 8,3% este ano. Mas, de acordo com algumas previsões, apenas um ano após a recessão, haverá poucos vestígios.</p>

<p>Revemos os programas de ajuda em vários países. Foi o &#8220;maior peixe&#8221; quem mais ganhou &#8211; as companhias aéreas e as corporações internacionais.</p>
<p><strong>Portugal</strong><br />
40 milhões de euros estão disponíveis para apoiar as empresas afectadas pela pandemia de COVID-19 na Região Autónoma da Madeira e 43 milhões de euros para os Açores.</p>
<p>Um empréstimo de resgate de 1,2 mil milhões de euros foi atribuído à companhia aérea TAP e 20 milhões de euros para ajudar as empresas do sector das pescas. Há também 140 milhões de euros para investigação e desenvolvimento ligados à luta contra a pandemia.</p>
