It was the night of the millenium. Yes…Year 2000 was beckoning , and all of us awaited with bated breaths . What was going to change?

So the firecrackers started. It was all over the ebony sky. Lovely shapes formed in the sky. This went on till the wee hours of the morning of 1st January, 2000.

As the festivities were coming to an end, I looked around for the magic to happen. After all everybody said that things were going to change in the new millenium. But there was nothing, zilch. I started walking back to my car. As soon as I opened the door, there he was…..a small figure with blinking lights on his head . The new millenium had left me a friend.

He was an alien.
