Did you know the following about Álvaro Arbeloa?

– Álvaro used to use Twitter, but stopped when he came to Real Madrid (things related to the Internet and IT have always interested him).

– he’s expecting his fist child, a daughter, in about a month, which is why he is celebrating his goals by pretending to suck on a pacifier.

– reading is one of his passions. The last books Arbeloa read are the ones that make up the trilogy Escipión El Africano (by Spanish author Santiago Posteguillo), which talk about ancient Rome and battles there.

– he also likes going to the movies, and the last movie he saw was Shutter Island. His favorite actor is Russell Crowe.

– Arbeloa’s favorite restaurant in Madrid is El Paraguas (Calle de Jorge Juan 16), which serves Asturian food.

– his favorite dish is sirloin steak with potatos.

– and finally, Arbeloa loves going to the beach.
