They all came to Madrid when Ramón Calderón was president. AND, they’ve all been forced out by FP in the last year, along with their countrymen Robben, Huntelaar and Drenthe. Because of that, the club has lost €63.5 million, as these six were purchased for €122.5 million and five were sold out for €59 million.

But that’s nothing new for Florentino Pérez. As you know, he’s also president of Spanish construction company ACS. And his first decision when ACS purchased Dragados (another Spanish construction company) was to get rid of HBG, a Dutch company Dragados had bought that same year. They lost €41 million because of that.

Two parallel worlds.
