<![CDATA[#15 with 14 days to go…]]>He came on the last day of the transfer period, and since then has spent some time on the injured list, including a stint back in London receiving treatment for an allergy, so we haven’t seen all that much of Michael Essien yet. Nevertheless, he seems to have adapted very well to his new team and his new teammates, who are “top guys” (love his outfit there! Note to Karim: that’s how you wear a vest. And is that doll supposed to be Michael?).
And who can forget the whole “daddy” thing from his first day with the team? Adorable! And anyone who forces Iker to bust out his terrific English is someone I like.
