Due to the fact that he was suspended for the final in Lisbon, we got many glimpses of Xabi in a suit throughout the afternoon and night, and of course he looked as elegant and stylish as ever, even when doing the most mundane things, such as talking on the phone…

… or drinking coffee.  And he continued his tradition of taking photos showing his feet and the stadium, plus a trophy if there happened to be one lying around.  (Side note: not everyone could rock the sports shirt and suit pants and shoes look, but Xabi manages to pull it off.)

And of course, everyone’s favorite Drunk Xabi reappeared during the celebrations at Cibeles!  It wouldn’t be a celebration without Drunk Xabi, no?  After all, Xabi Alonso with an open (and dripping) can of beer in his hand has become a staple of Madrid and La Roja celebrations.
