DOGS AT VTP COMPETITION DAYS

We would just like to remind all members that if you decide to bring a dog(s) to any of our competition days they MUST be kept on a leash or tied AT ALL TIMES. Also, any mess your dogs make must be picked up and disposed of. It’s a privilege to be able to bring our dog(s) along but if the leash rule is not adhered to we will be forced to put a blanket ban on all dogs. We appreciate your assistance in this matter and it would be great if you could spread the word to other VTP members.

How can I help?
Help with the gate sheet organising competitors at the entry gate
Timing
Collaring Cattle
Setting up the panels for penning and sorting
Helping in the cattle yards
Even helping for 20 mins is appreciated, there’s always something to do
Keep your camp area tidy and make sure your rubbish is put in the bin

How do I pay and what does it cost?
You may pay via bank deposit before the event or cash at the office on the day

Family Membership $70 (2 adults+2 children)
Adult Membership $40
Youth Membership $20

Run Fees – 3 runs per day
Open & Maiden $12 each run = $36 per day
Youth $6 each run = $18 per day
(Don’t forget to add your $8 ground fee for each adult competitor for the whole weekend) 18 + years only
