Well I hope you all had excellent Halloween, I know I did. I went as a Pirate, as always, because I knew all the Armadaires took care of business and represent the gamer way via costume. However life is full of surprises and the gaming culture can show up anywhere: on the street, on the net, and even on late night television: Jimmy Kimmel (along with Adam Carolla) once hosted ‘The Man Show’ on Comedy Central where they did odd ball things for the advancement of manhood – but basically showed girls on trampolines. Jimmy Kimmel moved on from that show some time ago, and got his own talk show in the evening – and that’s all I knew of him. When I was nomming down a Milky Way Midnight bar Blu called me to turn it on Jimmy Kimmel, this is what I saw:

Kudos to the cast and production staff of Jimmy Kimmel Live, it’s one thing to say you’re gamer (or at least a fan of gaming), but it’s another to dress like brightly colored characters for all the world to see on live television. I’ll even cut Guillermo a break for not nailing down Pikachu as I suggested in my previous post – at least he tried.  Pikashoeeeeeee! (Here’s that episode in its entirety by the by)
