Congratulations to Clive Elementary teachers Sharon Hart and Rachael Binder who were recently notified that they are the recipient of a Century Link Grant. Their grant proposal is titled “Inspiring Reluctant Readers Using the Nook Tablet”. They will be receive a check for $3,000 at the April 27th luncheon at Iowa Association of School Boards. They are planning on purchasing six Nook Tablets, accessories, and ebooks.
