<![CDATA[What IT guys do for spring break…]]>I’m borrowing a couple of pictures from the twitter account of our PC tech at Valley High School, Carl Sundermann @carlsunder. Yesterday, Valley High School was closed for the day due to various construction outages (including power and network). Carl worked with our network engineer Scott Crothers, to take the opportunity to clean up the spaghetti mess in our main wiring closet, just as we’ve done in other schools (see this post) Here’s the before and after shots….

The final product is that a full rack of space was reclaimed. Also, the shorter cables are so much easier to work through when troubleshooting an issue.
