<p>He thought there had to be a cheaper way for the consumer to buy good quality meat&#8230;and he&#8217;s found it!</p>

<p>Wootton Valley Meat comes from our own farm, Ballantine Estate, in the beautiful fertile grasslands of Wootton, 14 kms inland from Bulahdelah, where we raise pasture fed, hormone <em><strong>free</strong></em> Angus and cross Hereford/Sant Gertrudis beef.</p>
<p>Our meat is vacuum sealed (cryovaced) which will keep in the fridge for up to 3 weeks and the freezer for 12 months.</p>
