<p>Desert wraiths are created when humanoids are killed by <a title="Skriaxit" href="https://xaeyruudh.wordpress.com/2012/01/07/skriaxit/">skriaxits</a>.  Sentient creatures killed by desert wraiths are reanimated as zombies after one day.</p>
<p>Desert wraiths share their principal attack forms with common wraiths, and like all forms of undead they exist to destroy all life.  Desert wraiths can take a humanoid form for attacking, and a jackal form for faster movement.  They are destroyed by direct sunlight, and take normal damage from holy water.</p>

<p>Desert wraiths lair in warm <a href="https://xaeyruudh.wordpress.com/2012/01/08/deserts/" title="Deserts">deserts</a>.</p>
