<p>Scaladar are constructs created by <a href="https://xaeyruudh.wordpress.com/2012/01/07/trobriand/" title="Trobriand">Trobriand</a>, an apprentice of <a href="https://xaeyruudh.wordpress.com/2012/01/07/halaster/" title="Halaster Blackcloak">Halaster</a>.  They are typically found only in Undermountain, but it&#8217;s theoretically possible that they might stumble through portals leading to other places.  Of course, it&#8217;s far more likely that PCs will stumble through a portal into Undermountain and find them there.</p>
