<p>Tarkhaldale, also called the Lost Vale, was one of the <a href="https://xaeyruudh.wordpress.com/2012/01/16/dales/" title="The Dales">dales</a> on the outskirts of <a href="https://xaeyruudh.wordpress.com/2012/01/16/cormanthor/" title="Cormanthor">Cormanthor</a>.  It fell to the goblins of Hlundadim in <a href="https://xaeyruudh.wordpress.com/2012/11/09/year-of-dashed-dreams/" title="Year of Dashed Dreams">-87 DR</a>.</p>
<p>Today, the area is fought over by tribes of <a href="https://xaeyruudh.wordpress.com/2012/03/03/orc/" title="Orc">orcs</a> and <a href="https://xaeyruudh.wordpress.com/2012/01/07/goblinoids/" title="Goblinoids">goblinoids</a>; the most prominent among them is <a href="https://xaeyruudh.wordpress.com/2012/06/14/korinkathar/" title="The Korinkathar">the Korinkathar</a>.</p>
