<p>A wizard&#8217;s tower, last inhabited by Thongameir Halargoth, also called Stormspells.  The tower is located in the foothills of the North Wall of <a href="https://xaeyruudh.wordpress.com/2012/02/10/halruaa/" title="Halruaa">Halruaa</a>.  So far, the previous tenant&#8217;s collection of carnivorous plants has kept all treasure-seekers at bay.</p>
