<p>Dulgund was a dwarf who discovered iron mines under the isle of <a href="https://xaeyruudh.wordpress.com/2012/06/16/drelvros-isle/" title="Drelvros">Drelvros</a>, leading to the founding of the port of <a href="https://xaeyruudh.wordpress.com/2012/06/09/dulgund/" title="Dulgund">Dulgund</a> on the island.  He drowned in 1163, in the storm that also washed away his city.</p>
