<h3>At a Glance</h3>
<p>Provinces and the <a href="https://xaeyruudh.wordpress.com/2012/10/28/precept-governor/" title="Precepts of Mulhorand">governors</a> who rule them are both called Precepts in <a href="https://xaeyruudh.wordpress.com/2012/01/17/mulhorand/" title="Mulhorand">Mulhorand</a>; natives of the land never confuse the terms, but everyone else is sure to.</p>
