<p>When the priests of <a href="https://xaeyruudh.wordpress.com/2012/10/29/gilgeam/" title="Gilgeam">Gilgeam</a> perceive a &#8220;need&#8221; for more slaves, they often enslave nearby citizens.  This is as simple as pointing at someone, declaring them guilty of a (fabricated) crime, and sentencing them to slavery.  That&#8217;s Gilgeam&#8217;s Justice.</p>
