<p>This spell poofed in the revamping of 3e to 3.5e.  The <em>despair</em> and <em>hope</em> effects of this spell were preserved as <a href="https://xaeyruudh.wordpress.com/2012/12/25/crushing-despair/" title="Crushing Despair">crushing despair</a> and <a href="https://xaeyruudh.wordpress.com/2013/01/09/good-hope/" title="Good Hope">good hope</a>, respectively.  The <em>rage</em> effect was morphed into <a href="https://xaeyruudh.wordpress.com/2013/01/22/rage/" title="Rage">rage</a>.  The <em>fear</em>, <em>friendship</em>, and <em>hate</em> effects of this spell vanished.</p>
